The outdoor workout season is upon us! For us, this is an exciting time of year as the Spring is a very productive time for the Bees. They come out of hibernation and pollinate the flowers and plants to help them grow. Just like we want to help you and your friends grow! Ok, that’s a little bit of a cheesy thing to say but it doesn’t make it any less true. It’s time for us to bloom again!

A park can be the perfect place for a workout, especially if you want the company of family, friends, or even your children to help add to the fun. Our workouts are just the right mix of challenging and fun, whether it’s just two of you or you’re participating in one of our group fitness classes. Our classes are all devoted to a healthy mix of cardio, strength and flexibility training for all levels of fitness. Meaning, you go at your own pace and we do our best to pair you up with a partner that best matches your level of fitness as well.

To add a partner to your workout it’s only an extra $20

BUT this Spring we are introducing an even better offer. Our sessions will max out at $100. Meaning, you can add as many people as you want to the workout for only $100 total. If you have 10 friends, that’s only $10 each! We can also customize the workout to what you’re interested in. Yoga, boot camp, HITT training, prenatal, wedding preparation – you name it!

Busy Bee personal trainers bring the equipment and everything necessary for your workouts. All you have to do is organize your friends and show up ready to kick butt… oh, and with a good water bottle!
