Baylee’s energy is contagious! A recent graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College and also a protege of fitness guru Carmen Puyo. Baylee is a true athlete, she grew up loving sports and playing primarily hockey and soccer. She loved how weight training and fitness could help enhance her athletic performance and she became addicted! She shifted into boxing to continue her love for sports, competition and also because it’s a great way to work up a sweat.
