Jonathan has worked with a variety of populations in a multitude of fitness settings including: Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coach & Personal Trainer for the University of Waterloo, Group Fitness Instructor for Orangetheory Fitness, and Physical Training Instructor at the Ontario Police College. He also has extensive experience working in various physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics. Because of his broad experience in both the personal training and healthcare fields, Jonathan takes a holistic approach to personal training.
