He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Jonathan has worked with a variety of populations in a multitude of fitness settings including: Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coach & Personal Trainer for the University of Waterloo, Group Fitness Instructor for Orangetheory Fitness, and Physical Training Instructor at the Ontario Police College. He also has extensive experience working in various physiotherapy and chiropractic clinics. Because of his broad experience in both the personal training and healthcare fields, Jonathan takes a holistic approach to personal training. He integrates his knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, ergonomics, injury prevention, and corrective exercise to help each client to optimally achieve their goals in the safest way possible. Emily first got her interest in training growing up as a ballet dancer through the Royal Academy of Dance. She cross trained with other forms of exercise including weightlifting and pilates which sparked her interest in fitness. Emily has several years of experience working with all different types of clientele, from teenagers to the elderly. She also has experience training recruits for the army’s fitness aptitude tests as well as clients with rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. Emily has a passion for helping clients reach their goal whether it’s postpartum rehabilitation, weight loss, or muscle building.
