Adam
Personal Trainer
Adam is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and a lifelong athlete. He grew up in the Greater Toronto Area playing rep sports including hockey, soccer, track and football. Adam found a real passion for fitness when he took an exercise science class in high school and understood how he could learn more in depth about the things I loved to do, like sports. He studied kinesiology at Western University and graduated with honours and a bachelor of arts. His approach to training with clients is fairly simple, putting in the work and having as much fun as possible doing it.
