Busy Bee makes personal training at home fun! We can incorporate different forms of exercise into your workouts including: boxing, yoga, partner and group, couples personal training, circuit training, semi-private, group fitness and more!
You also get to work with our Nutritionist, Jesse White, on creating your customized holistic nutrition plan to maximise the benefits of your training. Jesse is diligent and has the experience to help you lose weight and help alleviate health concerns that may be related to your diet.
We create plans for you outside of the sessions with your trainer. Fitness doesn’t have to stop when your trainer isn’t with you! Having an appropriate plan for recovery is essential – whether it be your diet, sleep, and rest between workouts.
When your hour is up we don’t stop so you shouldn’t either! Busy Bee isn’t called Busy Bee for no reason. We love to keep Busy and offer you support around the clock.
We are considered holistic trainers so we can tie in many different elements to your training if needed. The most important thing when developing a routine is forming new positive habits and limiting old ones.
