Until labor day, you can receive one free personal training session to try us out. The session will include a one-hour assessment and workout with one of our fitness experts. Some of the things included in the assessment are basic strength and flexibility testing. We check for imbalances, weaknesses, injuries to work on for rehabilitation, and your cardiovascular fitness level.
