A few years ago he started practicing martial arts which has since completely reshaped his philosophy and approach to fitness, not just for himself but in how he trains others. "During the pandemic restrictions tested my ability to maintain fitness and through this I’ve learned that it is more of one's will that determines their outcome than any other factor. I take this philosophy to training my clients to the utmost degree; if there is a willingness to improve one’s self in any manner that is all I need to help them achieve their goals whatever they may be."
