When I created Busy Bee Fitness Experts, I wanted it to be about more than fitness. I wanted to tie fitness in as an element of helping people actualize their full potential. We realize that everyone is unique and that an individualized holistic approach ensures the best results. One that covers many aspects of fitness, motivation and nutrition. Leading a busy lifestyle doesn’t mean you have to compromise your well being. The Busy Bee Fitness Experts make it easy and convenient for anyone looking to make a change!

Jesse
JesseRegistered Nutritionist & Personal Trainer

Jesse is a registered Nutritionist and certified Personal Trainer.  She’s a busy mama herself of a beautiful baby boy and has been working tirelessly for 7 years as a Nutritionist to make diets as easy as possible for other busy bees.  As a Personal Trainer, Jesse specializes in functional training and making fitness work for each individual. This includes injuries and limitations, as well as personal goals.  There is no reason why fitness can’t be fun for everyone! As a Nutritionist, Jesse specializes in a personalized approach to wellness and also assessing each persons goals, health concerns, symptoms and fitness levels. She loves creating delicious, as well as easy to follow plans for Busy Bees.  Included in her services are additional holistic recommendations needed such as lifestyle factors and supplementation.
Jesse is a CanFitPro Certified Personal Trainer and currently working towards her Poliquin Certification.
She is a graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and an IONC Registered Nutritionist and Orthomolecular Practitioner.
She holds her second degree black belt in Karate and also does boxing training.
Meaghan
Meaghan Personal Trainer

Meaghan is a recent graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College. She’s also a current student in the Kinesiology degree program at the University of Guelph-Humber. She has OFC certifications in group fitness instruction as well as personal training. “My passion for personal training comes from my life-long interest in sports and physical activities but also from the inspiration my clients give me. I feel so fortunate to be doing what I love and working closely with my clients to motivate them and help them achieve whatever they put their minds to”.

Michelle
MichellePersonal Trainer & Boxer

Michelle specializes in boxing as well as strength and conditioning. She has over 10 years of experience boxing competitively and holds the awards for “Fighter of the year,” “City TV athlete of the week”, and Golden gloves champion. Michelle has been teaching people how to defend themselves and transforming their bodies for years in a fun, motivating atmosphere. Baylee
BayleePersonal Trainer & Boxer

Baylee’s energy is contagious! A recent graduate of Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College and also a protege of fitness guru Carmen Puyo. Baylee is a true athlete, she grew up loving sports and playing primarily hockey and soccer. She loved how weight training and fitness could help enhance her athletic performance and she became addicted! She shifted into boxing to continue her love for sports, competition and also because it’s a great way to work up a sweat. As she got a little older she found comfort in fitness as a stress relief and form of self improvement and development. From this she decided she wanted to continue to her education and help other people create a healthy lifestyle as well.

MiraPersonal Trainer

Mira is a Humber College, Fitness and Health Promotion graduate and Certified Yoga Instructor. Mira has experience working with diverse backgrounds through different fitness domains such as professional baseball, basketball, NFL, tennis players, fire fighters and police officers to name a few!

Her love and interest for coaching grows deeper every day. She loves meeting new people and helping her clients conquer any challenges that stand in their way. She feels deeply about making everyone around her better, happier and stronger!

In her spare time she enjoys lifting, hiking, paddle boarding, photography and yoga.

She is ecstatic to be a personal trainer with the Busy Bee Fitness Experts! @miracamilla_

Through my own personal experience I have found that fitness training can be anything I want it to be. It doesn’t have to be the typical approach of going to the gym, moving dumbbells, and running on a treadmill. To me it is about combining different approaches and finding a niche that really compliments myself and what I enjoy doing. As a personal trainer my goal doesn’t just consist of helping you get stronger or to lose weight. It is also to help you find an approach that you find enjoyable. I encourage my clients to embrace longevity and avoid the mindset of the “quick fix”. I want to help make sustainable, long lasting changes, that will enhance your life for years to come. I’m very excited to join the Busy Bee Fitness Experts!

CarolynPersonal Trainer

Carolyn is a Certified Personal Trainer with OFC, Fitness Instructor Specialist with Canfitpro, Level 1 Kickboxing Specialist, and Coach. She is currently in the Fitness & Health Promotion program at Humber College and pursuing a degree in Kinesiology afterwards.

“Sports has always been a passion of mine, including everything fitness.  I love volleyball, bouldering, yoga, and powerlifting, to name a few. I workout to feel strong, be healthy, look good, and maintain athleticism.  That is also why I train – to have busy bees embrace the same things and so much more.  I love helping clients work towards their goals and live up to their potential! @careforfitness
