Are you ready to workout like a warrior? Boot camp is starting up again on July 25th until September 26! We are taking it outdoors at the Davisville park in Midtown Toronto. Our schedule and pricing will go up soon.
Our boot camp includes:
- High intensity interval training with and without equipment.
- 30-40 minutes of strength training, 10-20 minutes of cardio and 5-10 minutes of stretching.
- Free nutritional advice based on your goals.
- Unlimited support.
- FUN! The most important aspect of our boot camp. We do a lot of fun partner exercises and games. Do not mistake fun for not working hard!
